5 1/2' Whirlpool, Air Tub and Soaking Bath

A 66" bath tub allows most bathers to strech out their legs. Many of the whirlpools, air baths, heated soaking bath or whirlpool/air combination tubs in this size are designed for 1 person; one slanted back rest side and one straight up and down with drain. These are great for combination tub/showers - room to dance in the shower or stretch out in the bath. If choosing a tub to be used as a shower also, look for a flat bottom and wide bathing well.
There is the possibility of a 2 person bath in this size. Bathtubs with a center drain and two sloping back rests are designed for 2 bathers. There are a few models available in a 36" width, but for a roomier 2 person bath look for 42" width.
