Warranty Description

Limited Warranty:
Graff products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
The ceramic cartridge is warranted for the lifetime of the product. If at any time a valve mechanism should fail, Graff will provide a replacement part free of charge. This does not include thermostatic, pressure balance, or diverter cartridges.
A limited lifetime warranty, for the finish, is provided to the original purchaser. Purchaser should return any defective or non-conforming product to Graff, freight prepaid, after notification from Graff
Note:
Finishes on the drain assemblies and aerators are not warranted (see warranty
card for details). Cover plates, bath accessories and kitchen hand sprays are covered by a 2 year warranty on the finish.
The Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abrasives, exclusions: chemicals, scratches, dents, accident, misuse, improper installation, alteration, or that has not received reasonable care. The lifetime limited warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear.
